Thanks to everyone who came along to our AGM last week!
We wrapped up the 2024/25 season with a presentation from the outgoing committee, voted in next year’s crew, handed out some well-deserved awards, and topped it off with plenty of pizza 🍕

Not all award-winners are pictured as some had to dash off to study for exams (talented AND responsible!) but big congrats to everyone - whether you received an award or not, every single person is so valued!

Here’s to another awesome year of floorball ahead! ❤️

It’s time to elect our 2025/26 committee! 🗳️

On Sunday our only game was a placement match for 5th/6th in the league, so spirits were high as we knew we had already secured a higher position than last season! This match against Nottingham was unbelievably close, as we were matched shot-for-shot, and went into extra time at 3-3. After a tough fight, it was Nottingham who scored the golden goal which saw them win the game.

This placed us 6th overall in the UFL league for 2024/25 - a result which we are incredibly proud of, as we know it came from lots of hard work & major improvement in performance from last season!

A huge thanks to @ukfloorball for organising, and @uclanfloorball for hosting us - this was a truly brilliant weekend, and we’re already looking forward to seeing everyone again next season! ❤️

Here are the results from our matches on Saturday 01 March - we’re proud to have secured 2 wins in what were very close matches, both of which were tied at half time and could have been anyone’s game! Even in our loss against Durham University our team still put up an incredible fight and never gave up in the face of our very skilled opponents, who definitely earned their victory 🔥
